All the HU field names are in the pm file HUR0507. Data from that
file is moved to a file where field names start with HA. Index is
built over HU fields

Hmm... maybe field names *are* an issue:  Which file do humrc# and
huacct belong to?  If they are in the AM file, your key is not being
populated correctly.
