Does your email program support *ALL as well as *LAST? *ALL would send all
spool files in the job.

We use ESEND and it does this. Here is an example:

/* EMAIL KEY SYSTEM INFORMATION OFFSITE */

PGM

/* System info */

PRTSYSINF

/* License key info */

DSPLICKEY OUTPUT(*PRINT)

/* Email it */

ESNDMAIL RECIPIENT(ITOFFSITE) +
SUBJECT('PRTSYSINF/DSPLICKEY') +
MSG('PRTSYSINF/DSPLICKEY attached') +
PDFPASSWRD('************' '************') +
ATTLIST((* *PDF *N *ALL * *ALL *ALL))

/* Delete all spool files */

DLTJOBSPLF

/* SEND MESSAGE */

SNDPGMMSG MSGID(USR9897) +
MSGF(MSG) +
MSGDTA('System info (PRTSYSINF/DISLICKEY) has been emailed +
offsite.') +
TOMSGQ(*SYSOPR) +
MSGTYPE(*COMP)
ENDPGM

The above is run once a week by the job scheduler. Attaches 68 spool
files!

BIGJOB creates 3 different spool files with the same name - CUSTRPT.
Today the spool file numbers happen to be #'s 65,66, and 67.

In my email pgm, I can only select *LAST (which would only send report #
67), or I can select a specific #, such as 65 or 66 or 67. But I don't
know the number.

What is the best way to handle this?

Name each spool file differently? Then I can name the three files
CUSTRPT1, CUSTRPT2, and CUSTRPT3, and select each one.

Or, is there a way to retrieve the *LAST spool file number, and the (*LAST
minus 1) spool file, and (*LAST minus 2) spool file?

Or a better method?

I see an API coming my way. Is there a SIMPLE way to do this - ie not
using an API?

For example, RTVSPLFA (*LAST minus 2) ?? I have TAATOOLS if that helps.

Thanks
