To the best of my knowledge there is no stream file equivalent of
/qsys.lib/qtemp.lib. There is often both a /temp and a /tmp which may
have some properties set to make it more unix like. Namely, restricting
renaming and deleting, but I don't want to go down that tangent. However
neither of these work like /qsys.lib/qtemp.lib. I clear these out
manually upon IPL. You could try job name and/or number however we have
run into conflicts with that. There are API's for generating guaranteed
unique id's you can use for your file names.

GENUUID (Generate Universal Unique Identifier)
There's also a GUID but I'm having a tough time accessing Infocenter right
now to give you links to either.
