I forget what version you are at. The newest way is to use RTVDSKINF.
It's been out for quite some time but some people are running REALLY old
machines. After RTVDSKINF start out with PRTDSKINF *SYS. Makes no sense
to start with old standards like deleting spool files or anything if that
report says 80% of your disk is in User directories. Then PRTDSKINF has
other options, like only selecting big objects, or sorting by library
size, etc.

Do NOT run RTVDSKINF interactively. See additional cautions below.

Prior to these two commands there was DSPOBJD to an outfile. That, of
course, ignores all stream file data, all temporary storage issues and
most everything else on PRTDSKINF *SYS. I am consuming more temporary
space that you probably have in two of your disk drives (see above).

And if you do have a lot in User directories, see RTVDIRINF, PRTDIRINF.

Cautions:
The size of the data generated by any of these three commands:
- RTVDSKINF
- DSPOBJD to an output file
- RTVDIRINF
can be significant. If you are on a small machine and at 95+% full it is
something to consider.
