Hi,

I'm testing a program that writes text to a clob. I've just discovered
that using sql with rdp on the clob will actually show the contents of
the text in the clob. This is not possible without using cast on the
green screen 5250 and even then it's difficult to read. If I double
click on the clob field in rdp, a window opens up with the text
formatted(ie I even have all the line returns).
Is there any way of capturing the clob in a text file automatically
without copying and pasting, so that I could run the compare feature
of eclipse to check my test results? Any other way of easily checking
the contents of a clob field?
