No one in the US should be using QN0800PST. IDK why they call that, and
QN0800PST2 both America/Los Angeles.
You should be using QN0800PST2. If you don't change that, then, yes, it
will change again in April. Stay current with PTFs in case the laws
change those time zone descriptions. In theory, if you were current on
PTF's you wouldn't be using this anyway (see link below). They broke
QN0800PST into QN0800PST2 and QN0800PST3. Our brethren south of the border
change their time zones based on the old dates, not the new dates.
QN0800PST3 is Pacific/Tijuana.

Then again, maybe this ptf is not on a cume since different countries
follow different rules.
