Would RPG qualify as a CRM package? No, but stuff developed in RPG might.
Would Notes qualify as a CRM package? Probably not. But are there
packages out there developed with Notes that qualify? You betcha. Now, I
don't know how you go about finding Notes/Domino based CRM packages but I
know someone at IBM who's into grooming companies to develop packages for
Notes so I'll bcc your note on to him.

We've developed some extensive Notes applications. We've also extended
some purchased Notes based applications for our business. And put hooks
into our ERP applications, etc. We have a developer who designed a web
interface from scratch faster with Notes before the other guy could ever
get Web facing to work. Of course, with hooks into our Infor ERP package.
Not bad for an old S/36 developer.
