Jack,

All I know for sure is that we canceled maintenance on both systems
(production and development). The BP was to pull both machines but just use
the dev machine for spare parts.

I did a couple of Save 21s before we closed the doors; gave one to the owner
and left the other one for the BP. I don't blame him for doing another one,
just the steps he used to replace the drive. Up until he had to scavenge
dev for the disk drive, it was a mirror copy of prod.

Jerry, do you keep software/hardware maintenance on this machine. When was
the last 21 save done on it?? I guess I am under the impression that he
wanted to do a 21 to save himself in case he ran into any issues and then
would be forced to reload the machine. What would of happened if he did hit
a bump in the road, what would have been expected of him at that point.
