I did follow the "preparing" steps in one of your documents. (The other didn't have "preparing" steps.) but didn't see anything about flushing a cache.

I did find in Chapter 2 (Unit Reference Codes) at 27639022 means "Array not functional due to present hardware configuration", and it tells me to run "SDIOP-PIP22" on page 368.

Page 368 says to:

- Display the Product Activity Log (which involves using SST or DST. It says if they aren't available, I should do a D IPL to get to DST.)

- Report the errors to my "next level of support" (which, I guess, is you guys!)

That's the whole procedure... :-)
