Yes. And you want to make sure the STRSST threshold is less than
or equal to QSTGLOWLMT because things like FTP, SNDDST, SNDNETF,
and more stop working when the STRSST threshold is reached.

The systems values are a means to let you find and fix storage
capacity issues BEFORE work on the system is impacted (or
completely stopped).
