In fact, if you run STRDBG and then run CPYTOIMPF it will say
CPI4329 - Arrival sequence access was used for file DELETEME1.

Now the question is: Is arrival sequence the sequence of the rows in the
source table, or whatever unsorted way they arrive into the query created
by CPYTOIMPF?

Interesting SQL. Simplest CPYTOIMPF you can think of does four prepares,
creates an alias and opens more than one cursor. Now you get an idea on
why you can have one that executes faster by using the IFS API basis at
Scott Klement's website.
