Lazy bones used to work for one of my customers years ago on S/36. He'd call: "I have message RPG1234 options 1 and 3, which do I take?" These were the first words from his mouth, not so much as a hint to what he was doing or if it was even his job! I was his 'reference manual' and when we started charging them a minimum charge per call he got a LOT better at knowing when to call and when to refer to the notes we had left for him. :-)
