This testing theory pretty much goes out the window when ADDLIBLE QBRM is
embedded into the code and it's not like someone does that before hand. If
it was done before hand and the average user was testing new versions of
BRMS they could do an ADDLIBLE QBRMNEW or some such thing. However, the
average user doesn't test new versions of BRMS - IBM does.

As far as copying commands into QSYS, they aren't 'copied' anymore.
Instead IBM creates 'proxy' commands. You will see the difference between
DSPCMD QSYS/WRKCTLGBRM
and
DSPCMD QBRM/WRKCTLGBRM

It's kinda like a 'symbolic link' in the IFS.
