I just registered on the wiki and I am able to edit pages (which I have not
actually done). But now I have a link to allow me to 'upload file'.
So once you have registered on the wiki, if your instructions are in a word
document or text file I believe you can simply upload the file to the wiki.

Question for the audience: How does one create a page on/in the wiki?

Hi Gary,
You could start here, I think.
http://wiki.midrange.com/index.php?title=Why_i&action=edit

And that says...

You do not have permission to edit this page, for the following reasons:

- The action you have requested is limited to users in the group:
Users<http://wiki.midrange.com/index.php?title=MidrangeWiki:Users&action=edi
t&redlink=1>
.
- You must confirm your e-mail address before editing pages. Please set
and validate your e-mail address through your user
preferences<http://wiki.midrange.com/index.php/Special:Preferences>
.

You can view and copy the source of this page:
So looks like you'll need 'to be added as an editor' first.

Think that will get you started.
Cheers
Paul

Gary -
If possible, please post the example VBA code in the midrange wiki so
it will be available to all...

examples from an MS Access app if that helps.

I am looking for a way to know when a file is ready to be uploaded to
the iSeries. What is a good way to signal to the iSeries that a file
is set to be uploaded from the IFS? We have an Excel file that has a
macro that extracts data to a .CSV file. When the .csv file has been
extracted I would like to kick off an iSeries process to upload the
file.
