Ken,
Think about the recovery process and what will be replicated. Typically
with logical replication SW like iCluster, iTera, MIMIX etc System Objects
are not replicated. There are certain objects you don't want to or
shouldn't. For example the WRKJOBSCDE info is stored in QUSRSYS, OK you may
want that, but so is your TCPIP config data, replicate that and now both
boxes are the same IP, which might cause a problem.

I think most people will suggest at least a SAVSYS, but a Save 22 ( Save
System Data ) would be much better. If you lost the entire system you could
restore the core OS and IBM Objects ( even iCluster ) and then start
restoring from tape or get replication running from the DR/HA box towards
the Production system Without that Save 22, you will be build the box from
DVDs etc.
