Looking for a recommendation for tools to read and write xml in batch processes. This is an RPGLE shop with very little advanced ile. No java (yet). This will be ftp files between trading partners, all batch processed. Do not have the IBM XML product, or RDI dev tools, and purchasing tools is generally a "no". (not trying to be negative, but this is the local conditions.) V6R1.
We've handcoded some XML, but the volume requires better tools.
