Error loading PASE


I am trying to load PASE, 5722-SS1 option 33 via RSTLICPGM and I am getting a bunch of errors with objects in use in the IFS. Does anyone know what I need to end to get that to restore?

Cannot open object /QOpenSys/QIBM/ProdData/OS400/PASE/lib/libcrypt.a.
