As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

We use Halcyon to monitor our two data centers. It's easy to manage because everything is in one place.
We use the message/event monitoring piece and spoolfile manager very heavily and have all their suites licensed.

I am looking for software for monitoring for my company. I have used both Help Systems and Bytware products before. I just found out about the offerings from Halcyon Software for the IBM i.
Does anyone out there currently utilize the Halcyon Software products and what are your impressions of it?
Also, what modules / suites do you currently utilize?
