After an analysis of my very rambunctious CGI program, I discovered two
issues...
Issue 1: refresh being requested via javascript timer every 5 seconds
Issue 2: the refresh takes at least 15 seconds
That's a bad combination. Firstly, I lengthened the javascript timer.
I also created a couple of additional logicals and retooled the program
logic in order to replace some convoluted setll/read combinations with
more specific chains using those logicals instead. I'm sitting at about
11% usage now (over a 5+ minute average), and the vast majority of the
time the CGI process is sitting in TIMW mode, not RUN.
