I really do appreciate everyone's response and stated preference to whether
a digital or print format works for you. At System iNetwork and Penton
Media, we take your feedback very serious and recognize that our products
are a direct reflection of our members' stated preferences and needs.

Yeah, every time I read/hear something like that, I'm reminded of a
furniture plant in West Point, Ohio. The company was definitely in
trouble,
but on the news for every interview, management would say, "We have no
plans
to close the plant at this time." One day at noon the big boss again
said,
"We have no plans to close the plant at this time..." and at 12:30 he
announced the closing of the plant. "At this time" is a phrase easily
abused and so misleading. And there are many like it. Another great one
is, "we have no definitive plans..."
