Value '*AGG ' for parameter RSRCNAME not a valid name.

And, no keywords beginning with AGG. I hit F9 and not just F10. Because
those keywords should be conditioned upon RSRCNAME being *AGG.

I am on cume 11116, which is current.
WRKPTFGRP SF99707 shows me at level 2 for the Technology Refresh group.

Perhaps we're due for another and someone prereleased the documentation?
I scanned all 7.1 ptf cover letters for CRTLINETH and didn't find any
hits.
