Have you tried NSLOOKUP? Like
NSLOOKUP NRA.ORG
Perhaps their DNS (if they have one) is fubar.
Did they even list a dns for their i? See CFGTCP option 12 and the last 3
fields after you roll down.

What "entirely different server" do they connect to? Is it an internal
server or an external server? For example, for their internal addresses
did some geek use external addresses for internal addresses? Mostly 10.
addresses are reserved for internal usage. When I do a NSLOOKUP
TOUCHTONECORP.COM I get 76.75.215.157. If they use that internally you
could have problems. Now, if you haven't had your morning coffee yet and
you accidently tried connecting to your internal address that you use back
at home forgetting that it gets NATted out on the internet then slap your
head and get a cup.
