Doing a pre-study for a solution where a client wants us to create a GUI
based on portlets.
We have a development system with all required licensed software so the
idea is that we do all development on this system and then do the deploy on
the clients box when we are ready.
The crux here is finding out what licensed software they will need. (And
also how to find a cost to present to them).
It has been determined that we will use "Hats" and create portlets.
What will they need to order?
