We had changed QCCSID to 4971 after the IBM reps in Cyprus suggested that we do this for support of greek characters in our database files and 5250 display support.

Anyway I start the server as follows and it works:

STRTCPSVR SERVER(*HTTP) HTTPSVR(*ADMIN '-fsccsid 875')

Greetings, Had the HTTP Apache developer take a look at this.

We can recreate the problem when I set QCCSID system value to 4971. For
Greece, the correct value to work with HTTP should be 875 (I tested that
and it works for me). Please set QCCSID system value to 875(Greece) and
try again.
