FWiW the cumulative short names with only numbers [optionally with a prefix 'C'] are only four digits, i.e. 0292 and 0117, just like 9104 and 9321.

Just apply the latest cumulative of PTFs, following the instructions provided. The instructions should imply, as a _cumulative_, that all prior cumulative levels are superseded.

For instance in PACKAGE ID: C0292540 for VERSION 5 RELEASE 4.0 the following is stated [here, the word "replaces"]:

This PTF package replaces the following PTF packages for
Version 5 Release 4.0. If you have any of the packages
listed below, do not spend time installing them. All PTFs
from the earlier packages are contained in this package.
