What messages are above "Job holds large number of locks"? This message
is saying the job is holding a suspiciously large number of locks and
may not be releasing locks. See message CPI1466. It gives you some
steps to follow.

I think you're right about the testing with cpf1002 in place of cpf4128,
which also may be a couple layers deep (higher) in the call stack...
