Seen the same thing when using a Citrix portal to one of my customers. They use Mocha and turn on the Function Key 'buttons' in the emulator. There are some keys that only work that way so we end up getting in the habit of using the 'buttons' instead of hitting function keys. Because only a very few people use 'green screen' there (like me and their basis team) there is little incentive for them to remap Citrix keys.

Hi, Richard:

It's a Citrix issue -- Citrix monopolizes certain function keys for its
own use, and this interferes with other software like ClientAccess 5250
Emulator.

Talk to your shop's Citrix admin -- they might be able to help you
override this, e.g. by reassigning those function keys.

Good luck,

Mark

All,

I have a dell netbook (inspiron mini) that I am using to connect remotely (through citrix) to the 400. I can't seem to get the command keys or page up/down to work (even on system menus or in PDM).

Any suggestions?

Warmest Regards,
