Not in EBCDIC, they're not!

In EBCDIC, the entire upper and lower case alphabet, all 10 digits, space, &, -, /, :, period, comma, (, ), _, single and double typewriter quotes, +, ?, =, ;, and > are invariant, and < is quasi-invariant.
