Congratulations, you've earned it. If I spend 45 years in
.T./Engineering, I'll be 86 when I retire.

I will be retiring from Certco on April 29,2011 after 15 years working
n iSeries & VM & VSE .
My career started with IBM in 1966 as a CE (right out of college) in
artford,CT, moved on to Poughkeepsie in Tech Pubs and then to Rockford,
L in 1976 as an SE.
Took the buy out in 1993 (retired from IBM in 1996).
Came here in 1996 while they were still using punch cards and back level
n VSE.
Put the first AS/400 (Model 600 in 14 years ago) and now have 8203-E4A
production) and a 9406-520 (HA-Mimix).
They are now working on converting of the Mainframe to Navision
Microsoft) . The project has been going for 6 years now.
The iSeries will be staying for a while, all the warehousing and buying
un on it.
Hate to miss the Common Conference this year. They have all been lots of
un and educational.
I will miss all the friends I made over the last 45 years
