1. are you talking about sending spool files from one IBM i (OS/400) system to another IBM i (OS/400) system?
Yes

2. where do you want the spool file(s) to end up?
(a) in an *OUTQ on the remote system?

3. what do you consider to be "delivered"?
(b) sent to remote system and placed in an *OUTQ?
