Darryl,

Once you have * i5/OS * downloaded you should have zip files. Unzip them and the resulting objects can be placed in the image catalog. Note that the names of the images when you do it this way will be HUGELY long and you can either use them as is or shorten them (your call.)

Don't worry about having too many images, just load whatever you have. The system will ignore duplicate software in the catalog.

Has anyone done this before.

I have a damaged CD and had to download a new copy which went very well.
However, I have not found instructions on how to unzip and load the images.

I have done what I know, but I do not know which files should go with which
entry (CD).

I am installing an upgrade to V5R4.

I am also experience problems with getting the agreements accepted. I
completed this earlier, but still get the stop. I am unable to proceed.

I am trying to avoid burning more CD's. The virtual optical drive is so much
more convenient to use.

Does anyone have links to locating install instructions after downloading
the images.

Thanks

Darryl Freinkel
