Anyone having this issue?

Having gone to Windows7 on my laptop and while in iNav iV7.1 for the 1st time, I noticed that my plugins for BRMS, etc. were missing. I clicked on Install Plugins and was prompted to select a target box and log into what appears to be a NetServer session. All I get is a pop-up window that says "No Plugins were found in your directory" or something like that. IBM Support says something on the PC is causing it, and our internal desktop engineers are all stumped. Meanwhile my iNav access to the IBMi partitions is functional but limited.

Thank you,
