Acknowledgment frequency . . . . ACKFRQ 100

It sounds like your acknowledge frequency, since it defaults to 100 pages.
Delete and re-create your PSFCFG for the device.
If your still have the problem, try changing your frequency to something tiny, like 10.
If that changes the problem to 10 pages, you know the problem is in the page acknowledgement.

Subject: InfoPrint 1552 (IPDS) printer stops after 100 pages since upgrading to 6.1

I have a client that we migrated to a new server (POWER6) and 6.1.
This printer's device description was restored as part of the migration.

They are reporting that the printer stops after printing ~100 pages when printing large spool files.
I've seen this in the past with non-IPDS printers and it was fixed by setting a JOB TIMEOUT setting on the printer itself.
This printer actually has its JOB TIMEOUT set to DISABLED.

We changed the activation timer from 170 to *NOMAX recently based on some information from the techtarget web site, but that hasn't helped.
The PSFCFG setting seem correct.

These are the levels of CUME and Print group PTFs that I have installed:

SF99610 10215 Installed
SF99356 20 Installed

Has anyone seen this problem on 6.1 or have any other suggestions?

Thanks, Scott
