Depends upon what you mean by Query. There are plenty of open source tools that will run on a Mac and will access the data on the iSeries. SQuirreL is one of them, but they are not "user" tools per se because they require some knowledge of SQL. I'd recommend that you search for tools that use JDBC (Java) to connect since they will probably have the highest degree of 'compatibility' with a Mac. There are other Mac users on the list though and perhaps they can suggest something that is more user friendly.
