To add what you have here, seems like maybe it was installed with a profile
possibly that did not have adequate authority to the registry in some form
or fashion.

Hi Booth,

We have had this problem in the past when we were on V4R5.

Here is a cut/paste of our solution.

Add user to allow permissions to these first four registry keys:
HKLM\Software\IBM\Client Access\
HKCU\Software\IBM\Client Access Express\
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Cryptography\RNG\
HKCR\
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\

Thanx,

CWBLM0011 An Internal License Management Error Occurred

V4R5 machine, installed a very long time ago.
Just this week one XP work station began getting the above error message
when any user tries to log on to the AS/400 with Client Access.
All other work stations work the same as usual
Operations Navigator still works.
The PC has been rebooted.
Client Access has been reinstalled.

I have looked in the archives here and found a few mentions but nothing
that seems relevant.
I have Googled the error and found this issue mentioned. It looks like
the problem, whatever it is, has long ago been fixed by IBM on newer
machines.

Has anyone any suggestions of things to try?
