Can you ping the printer.

I am working with a client on V5R2 who has a remote HP2035N printer that
is getting a TCP2617 error. TCP/IP connection to remote system

closed due to expiration of 10 minute Close Wait timer.

The client's network guys are out of the office today (is that
allowed?).

Other printers at the remote location are working OK but not are an
HP2035N.

This printer has RMTPRTQ('l1') MFRTYPMDL(*HP4) WSCST(*NONE)
DESTOPT('XAUTOQ XAIX').

They have tried powering off and on but I do not know if the writer was
ended when they did this.

Do you have any suggestions?

FYI - no IBM support contracts are in place.

Thank you,
Bonnie Lokenvitz
