I use Phonegap which allows me to deploy to iPhone, Android and Blackberry. Recently sat in on an Appcelerator/Aptana webinar and it looks like they have some solid tools as well. I am putting together my presentation for Common (Developing Mobile Applications for i using Open Source Tools) so that presentation and demos will be available in May but I am happy to share along the way.
