One of my largest customers (who's name I don't yet have permission to use) has been on SAP on i for years. They are the worlds largest at their craft running a pair of 570 POWER5+ 16 way machines as well as an 8 way POWER6. They run with an SAP BASIS team of only 5 people.

A quote from the Sr guy on the team (who's been there since 1981) "SAP is too big. It's too complicated. It's too expensive. It's just too much. But if management says you have to run it, the only place that makes sense to run it is on IBM i."

I'm looking for some "success" stories related to implementing SAP ERP on IBMi Power6 systems.

Does anyone have one or know someone who has one to share?
