I have my program calling P1 then P2.
I've added P3 to the SRVPGM's and created them with the wrong order P1, P3, P2.

But my program continues to call P1 then P2.

Rats and double rats. When I wrote that, the CRTPGM command defaulted to always using ACTGRP(*NEW). Now (starting in v5r3?), it defaults to QILE if the module is RPGLE.

If you specify ACTGRP(*NEW) on the CRTPGM commands, the programs should behave as advertised, since the next call will create a new activation group and pick up the new version of the service program.
