I'm putting the finishing touches on a utility, for inclusion in the next release of QuestView, that allows a system administrator to propagate a new release from the system on which it was initially installed, to other interconnected systems.

Since licensing of QuestView is based on an authorization code tied to a specific combination of model and serial number, the target system(s) of this propagation will obviously have to be separately licensed and authorized before QuestView will actually work on them. And, of course, the user can't put the V6-compatible version on a box that isn't at least V5R2, or the V4-compatible version on a box that's beyond V5R4, and expect it to work.

The working title of this utility is QVPROPAG8. But it occurs to me that as much as I personally like wordplay in software naming, there's probably something better.

Anybody have any suggestions, consistent with midrange system command naming conventions, and based on "propagate" or "distribute"? When I do a "GO VERB" from a command line, I note that there is no menu for "propagate" or "distribute" commands.
