We run CHKPRDOPT shortly after an IPL to verify that PTF's or upgrades or
whatever are cool. Apparently the GO CLEANUP job fires off right after an
IPL and performs some ptf activity which may conflict with this. Had this
error on two separate lpar's today. If you get this error while running
CHKPRDOPT shortly after an IPL try the CHKPRDOPT command after a 20-30
minute interval.

Message . . . . : -CHKPRDOPT

QSYS 0348 QSZCHKPO QSYS 08D6
Message . . . . : PTF function
already in process.
Cause . . . . . : Only one program
temporary fix (PTF) function can be run
at a time. Recovery . . . : Try
the command again when the other PTF
function has completed.
CPF9999 Escape 40 12/08/10 16:34:38.191603 QMHUNMSG
*N QCMD QSYS 01C8
Message . . . . : Function check.
CPF3598 unmonitored by QSZCHKPO at
statement *N, instruction X'08D6'.
Cause . . . . . : An escape
exception message was sent to a program which
did not monitor for that message.
The full name of the program to which the
unmonitored message was sent is
QSZCHKPO . At the time the message was sent
the program was stopped at higher
level language statement number(s) *N. If
more than one statement number is
shown, the program was a bound program.
Optimization does not allow a
single statement number to be determined. If
*N is shown as a value, it means
the actual value was not available.
Recovery . . . : See the low
level messages previously listed to locate
the cause of the function check.
Correct any errors, and then try the
request again.
