Something with a GUI front end I am sure. The question is whether you use
another language for the front end. That is almost a given. The question is
what do you write the back end in. Given the right supporting environment,
RPG4 has some advantages but only if the code is written properly. A bunch
of huge monolith programs with dozens of parameters is definitely not the
right solution. Better to go with a modern language.

Hi I have an application developed with RPG4 (black screen) and need to
change to more modern system. I am a PHP, HTML and Python programmer.
What's the best way (rapid, cheap and easy) to do it?
Zend?
In Zend really run black screen apps and new web apps at the same time
to develop progressively? Is really the software/server free?
