Brad, you are going to need an optional installable part of client access. I believe the name is operations console.

If you have access to a system the software may well be installed, look for 57yyXW1. If so the software is in QIBM/PRODDATA/somewhere/from/there.

I also found an ISO image of it here ftp://testcase.boulder.ibm.com/fromibm/os400/ look for "ca.iso" It looks like it is V6.1 both 32 and 64 bit windows. This will will work on Win7(get the latest SP).
