things are not possible, and what the customer wants is
one of them.
If someone knows of a Lotus Notes, Outlook, or Thunderbird plugin

I have suggested this option also, I was told the customers
(and there
are many) do not want to have to pay/use software to edit
the PDF. They
want to receive the attached PDF in there email and auto
magically be
able to edit it and send it back to us

Once the customer has recieved the document they can use
Adobe Acrobat to edit the document. Not Acrobat Reader,
just Acrobat.

Greetings,

We have a couple of applications that generate spooled
files on a 520 box
w/v6r1 and a 3rd party solution that will email/fax the
documents to our
customers in PDF format. Our customers want to be able to
edit the PDF
and send it back to us without having to print the document
out. Can
anyone offer any suggestions and/or point me towards the
right direction
as how I may do this using our existing process.
