One observation: It looks like the server has shut down access for your user. See "Too many logon attempts". I don't know how the server side locks/unlocks the account. But, with the account locked, nothing will work.

I can't say I understand all these debug messages but it appears that we aren't using the key authentication and it falls back to password and then fails for the same reason as it was under QP2TERM. We get the ENOTTY return code because my program isn't a TTY device.

So either our user key isn't installed correctly or got corrupted when sending it to the vendor.

So I've asked the vendor to check again, but I'm on to trying a batch script using the Expect utility to handle the password.
