Make sure they demonstrate to you that they can recover from a full system loss. One of my clients went to an on-line backup service, and though they claimed to be able to do a full recovery, when it came time to test that claim it was a total cluster. It took many months of pain before everything was worked out to the client's satisfaction. I am not certain what the product was, or what the specific problem was, just that a full recovery didn't work right.

Boss is having me sit in on a call on Monday to look at Vault400 to backup
directly to some device that will auto send the stuff offsite.  Like
cutting out the middleman from saving to tape and sending off to Iron
Mountain.
