Yes, let's not confuse interfaces for the end user versus interfaces for
the linux developer. Linux developers groove on text based interfaces.
Only real programmers can grasp all the intricacies of grep and that ilk.
I asked for an enhancement to iNav Programmer Tools to display shared
memory and semaphores by subsystem. IBM wasn't interested. They thought
no Linux type person likes a gui interface and preferred console commands
to display these items. They were flabbergasted that Domino admins were
using it to fix Domino issues. Workaround: IBM came up with commands
like DLTDOMSMEM, DLTDOMSEM and what not.
