As Pete and I both mentioned yes this is a LOT!

This is not space in QTEMP however this is additional memory that programs used but did not return yet. The system doesn't have that much real memory (Main Storage) so it's using some disk space (Auxiliary Storage) It may be a 'leak' or it may be actual usage but with this much it's likely not actualy in use. Ending the jobs that are using this memory will normally return most of it to the system. This is why you are not at 'Maximum' which is the highest point this storage has reached (over 51%).

IPL will clear it all of course but if you can get the system to restricted condition you'll get back most of it. Of course if you're going down that far an IPL isn't a whole lot more effort.
