I think this would be a one-direction sync. A change to the iSeries password gets sent to the Windows integrated server (if usernames match) and if the integrated server is part of the windows domain they AD password also gets changed. But I don't think a change made to the Windows password would flow back up to the iSeries.

I haven't tried this for a while but the WIndows Integration services used to do this. The Hosted Windows server get it's passwords updated whenever the password was changed on IBM i. Seems like it should still work.
