You can use OPS/iNAV in iSeries access to drop and drag most spoolfiles to
your PC. IT turns them into .txt files which can be attached to an email.

Connect to the system with iNAV
Choose Basic Operations then Printer Output
This view defaults to *current User and *All outqs. You can right click on
Printer Outout then
Customize this View then click Include...

Now you can tell iNav exactly where to look and then.. if using any 32bit
iSeries Access just drap and drop the file(s) you want.
Last I heard IB hasn't got the 64bit versions doing the correctly. So to on
a 64bit version you will need to Right Click 'the' file
and then pick Export. Repeat for 'each' file as this export option doesn't
do multiple files.

Is there an easy way to retrieve a spool file, so it can be emailed?

I'm used to just cutting-and-pasting, but this one is too bloody big.
